I believe the crash was something to do with wisetdifw64.sys trying to access memory. On searching for that file I also found three others left behind by WiseCare 365 in the Windows folder. I ran "WhoCrashed" and it claimed "wisetdifw64.sys" was the possible culprit. Then, just the other day I had a "BAD_POOL_HEADER" crash. I didn't really like the program so uninstalled it shortly after installing. This happened recently with WiseCare 365 Pro giveaway. But sometimes either it misses something or maybe I do forget to trace the install. I trace the install with Revo Uninstaller Pro. JoeRay12 - I occasionally install a program I think may be useful. I've had problems with WiseCare 365 so will not consider using that program. Programs I currently use to help keep my system running smoothly and or remove unwanted leftovers from the registry and folders are CCleaner Pro, Nortons Utilities 16 and Revo Uninstaller Pro.
